Breathe on Me, Lord
Beloved, we give thanks to God who, in His faithfulness, has brought us into the tenth month of the year — a season I often sense in my spirit as one of divine empowerment. This is a time to receive afresh the breath of God — His Spirit and His Word; the very source of life and purpose.
In Genesis 2:7, God breathed into man and he became a living soul. Breath is quiet, intimate, and vital — a sign of life. Likewise, when Jesus breathed on His disciples in John 20:22, they received the Holy Spirit, the power to become all He destined them to be.
God’s breath transforms, regenerates, sanctifies, and empowers. It is the breath of destiny. Without it, we are lifeless; with it, we rise in authority and purpose. As you yield yourself to His Spirit this season, may you be filled anew; equipped to walk in holiness, speak His Word with boldness, and fulfil your divine assignment.
Action Point: Take time daily to invite the Holy Spirit to breathe upon you through prayer, worship, and the Word. Believe and receive His breath of life.
