Hopeful anticipation and faithful perseverance
Hopeful anticipation and faithful perseverance
Isaiah 40:31 says:
"But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint."
In seasons of weariness, this verse calls us to a posture of hopeful trust. Waiting on the Lord is not passive resignation but active dependence—prayer, scripture, and obedience anchored in His timing. As we lean into Him, He pours fresh strength into our souls. Like an eagle rising above storms, we gain perspective and lift, not by our might but by His power at work within us. Whether we run with purpose or walk with steady faith, His sustaining grace will always be sufficient for us. Keep trusting, keep waiting, and He will lift you.
May you find fresh strength in the Lord today. May you rise above your circumstances with renewed vision, steady perseverance, and a heart full of hope in His unfailing faithfulness.
